01Exercising your rights

Email hello@obedience.global with the subject "Data rights request" and tell us which right you are exercising (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal). We will verify your identity, respond within one calendar month, and never charge for a first request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If your data lives inside a customer's QuantifyQS workspace, we may need to route the request via that customer (the controller); we will tell you if so and help make it happen.

02Complaints to us (statutory route)

Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 you have a statutory right to complain to us directly about how we handle your personal data. Email hello@obedience.global with the subject "Data protection complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, and tell you the outcome and what we changed.

03Complaints to the ICO

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, before, during or after complaining to us: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by post to Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
