01Scope

These terms cover the public Obedience websites: obedience.global, obedience.cloud and the public pages of quantify.obedience.global. Use of the QuantifyQS application itself is governed by the QuantifyQS Terms of Service and, during the invite-only phase, the Early Access Terms.

02Using the sites

• Do not attempt to breach the security of the sites, probe infrastructure, or disrupt service for others.
• Do not scrape or republish site content at scale without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content through any form on the sites.

03Content and accuracy

We follow an honest-marketing rule: capabilities are labelled Live, In development, or Roadmap, and we do not publish invented metrics or testimonials. Site content is information about our products, not professional advice: see the Professional Use & Reliance Statement.

04Intellectual property

The Obedience name, compass mark, site design and software are our property or that of our licensors. Third-party names (including RICS and NRM) belong to their owners; our use of standards names is referential and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

05Liability and law

The websites are provided "as is" for information. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties for the websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
