01Prohibited uses
- Breaking the law, or infringing the rights of any person
- Attempting to breach, probe or overload the security of the services
- Accessing another tenant's data, or attempting to (tenant isolation is enforced in the database, and attempts are logged)
- Reselling or providing the service to third parties without an agreement with us
- Uploading malware or content you have no right to hold
- Passing raw AI output onward as professionally reviewed work: outputs require the review and sign-off of a qualified person before use
- Scraping the services or abusing rate limits
02What happens on breach
Proportionate response: we warn where a warning fixes it, suspend where continued access creates risk, and terminate for serious or repeated breaches. Unlawful activity is reported to authorities where required.
