01The agreement

These terms govern use of the QuantifyQS application by business customers. During the invite-only phase the Early Access Terms also apply and take precedence where they differ. By creating a workspace you confirm you are acting in the course of business, not as a consumer.

02Your data is yours

You own the project data, documents and commercial records you put into QuantifyQS. We process them only to provide the service, under the Data Processing Agreement. On termination you can export your data (XLSX, CSV, JSON, PDF). Active workspace and project records are scheduled for deletion within 30 days; rolling backups then age out within 30 days, while identity-provider copies can take up to 90 days under the current provider terms. Legal holds and statutory duties remain limited exceptions.

03What we provide

  • The QuantifyQS application as described on our sites, with capabilities honestly labelled Live, In development, or Roadmap
  • A London-region database for structured customer project records, with file-object and supporting-service locations disclosed in the Subprocessor List
  • AI assistance that always requires human review and sign-off
  • Support by email during the onboarding we agree with your practice

04Your responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about any suspected compromise
  • Use the service lawfully and within the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Ensure a qualified professional reviews and authors anything you rely on or issue: see the Professional Use & Reliance Statement
  • Pay subscription fees when a paid plan applies (the invite-only phase is free unless agreed otherwise)

05Suspension and termination

Either party can terminate on notice; we may suspend access immediately for a serious breach of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or a security threat. We will tell you why, and restore access when the issue is resolved wherever possible.

06Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that: neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; and each party's total aggregate liability under these terms in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees paid by the customer in that period and 1,000 GBP. Outputs are assistive drafts, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on unreviewed outputs, as the Professional Use & Reliance Statement explains.

07Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
